There are 22 total condos between the Dunes and Cape buildings. If you book one of our 9 condos or master suites at The Cape building, you will have an accessible space. 

 

Accessible Bathrooms: All 9 condos have a full bathroom that is completely accessible with a roll-in shower, shower handlebars, handlebars next to the toilet, and an accessible sink. Accessible showers have one glass pane and no step up into the shower. 

  

Accessibility Parking: Each building has one covered handicap parking spot that can fit a car or van.  

  

Closed Captioning: All televisions on site can be manually adjusted to see closed captioning.  

  

Elevators: Both Dunes and Cape buildings have a shared, fully accessible elevators.  

  

Kitchen Sinks: 9 of the 22 condos have accessible sinks in the kitchen. (All of The  Cape condos/master suites) 

  

Pets: No pets are permitted at our properties unless they are a service support animal.  

  

Store Alarms: There are strobe alarms at each building. 

  

Shower Stools: We are happy to provide handicap shower stools upon request.
