Built is 2016, The Dunes has quickly become the primary establishment in Townsends Inlet. The main level at The Dunes features Anthony's Restaurant and their banquet space, and the second and third floors of the complex host the 13 rental condominiums. Guests have the option of booking a standard room that sleeps two people, a suite that sleeps four people with a king bedroom and queen sleeper-sofa, complete with a full kitchen and living room, or guests can book the entire three or four-bedroom condo that sleeps 8-10 people! Take a stroll on the beautiful beaches of Townsends Inlet, and make yourself at home as you soak in the coastal ambiance of these rooms.

When you stay at The Dunes, utilize your designated parking space and walk into a welcoming room where beds are made, towels and toiletries are folded in the bathrooms, and soaps and detergents are provided to use at your discretion. Each room at The Dunes has a warm, seaside aesthetic, is one-level, and can accommodate between 2 to 10 guests. The full condo and master suites offer a full kitchen, living room, dining area, shared or private balconies. There is one condo that has 4 bedrooms, and the rest have 3 bedrooms. Each condo has a sleeper sofa in the living room, and most have a half bath in addition to the full bathrooms in each bedroom. This makes it perfect for keeping your privacy among your group. All room are accessible by stairs or by the shared elevator.

With a practical and flexible booking style, you are able to check in any day of the week, any time of year, and there is only a 2-night minimum stay. All reservations are charged a $25 Booking Fee and a $10 Parking Fee per nights booked. All online payments will have a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee.
