The Cape is the newest development project in Townsends Inlet. The main level at The Cape features Blitz’s Market. The second and third floors of the establishment hosts Shorebreak Realty’s office, and 9 deluxe rental condominiums. Soak in ocean or bay views, or take advantage of the close proximity to the beach.

When you stay at The Cape, you experience a welcoming, home-like suite where beds are made, towels and toiletries are folded in the bathrooms, and soaps and detergents are provided to use at your discretion. Each full condo at The Cape has three bedrooms and has a design inspired by blue tones of ocean waves, is one-level, and can accommodate up to 8 people with the sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, making these condos perfect for those who want to stay with a group, while maintaining some privacy. All suites can be accessed by stairs or by the shared elevator next to the parking garage.

With a practical and flexible booking style, you are able to check in any day of the week, any time of year, and there is only a 2-night minimum stay. All reservations are charged a $25 Booking Fee and a $10 Parking Fee per nights booked. All online payments will have a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee.
